Seiwa Kasei Inc. at MEDICA 2017 in Düsseldorf
Seiwa Kasei specializes in handmade dip molding for medical products. Almost 35 years of experience allows for manufacturing of unique products of various shapes and dimensions which cannot be achieved with automated systems.
Cooperating both with commercial and academic institutions, Seiwa Kasei developed unique processes and now holds several patents in the field of dip molding and dip coating. Their dip molds and dip coating can be formed from various materials, such as polyvinyl chloride (PVC), natural synthetic latex and acrylic fiber, silicone or medical grade thermoplastic resins. Their product range includes cannulas, coiling tubes, latex endoscope balloons and many more.
Seiwa Kasei used the special industrial needs arising from the Great East Japan Earthquake in 2012 to research and develop PVC sheets safe for use with radioactive materials and deleterious and poisonous substances and acquired a corresponding patent.
The company focuses on small lot production, enabling them to deliver customized solutions to all their clients. With a mission to take up manufacturing challenges, where other companies waver, Seiwa provides client support from the initial planning stage to completion of the product.
At COMPAMED 2017 Seiwa Kasei will be showcasing its superb handmade production technique with products such as coiling tubes, single-use latex balloons for ultrasound endoscopy and PVC cuffs. Visit them in Hall 8b, stand H21!
